A Thousand Care Feet

Care is one of the most valuable feeling on human’s emotion. With that cue engraved in our mind, we feel the urge to not to stay put and watch our fellow Jakartans who mostly suffer from massive rain and flood the last two weeks.

Exactly last week, on 22 January 2013, WAKAi decided to donate a thousand pair of shoes to the flood victims through the help of Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) human-care team, which is a non-profit organization that exist to help people in need. In accession to that, WAKAi team also want to amass bigger ‘caring action’ through a charity program that will involves all WAKAi fans and friends. This charity program will be held on all WAKAi stores (PlazaIndonesia, KotaKasablanca, SenayanCity, MEZZO KuninganCity, MEZZO CentralPark, and Lippo Mall Kemang), starting on 19 until 31 January 2013. To contribute to this charity program will be so easy: ALL purchase of WAKAi Leg Bracelet (IDR 29.000) will be donated to the flood victims in Jakarta through ACT team.

Because we can, let’s do something! Let us be in unison helping our fellows in need so we can all cheers for our lives.
