Summer Vacation: 3 Indonesian Beaches To Go To in Style!

We're entering Summer holiday for sure! For those who still in school, well, you aren't now! And to feed you with a dose of weekly inspiration, as we always do, today we're rating three local (Indonesian) beaches that you should definitely consider to go this Summer 2012!! Without further adieu, here they are:

1# Bangka Belitung Beach

If you looking for a beach spot with an unusual setting, then you definitely should visit Bangka Belitung beach for this summer vacation! Not only clear skies and clear water on the shore, there are hundreds of giant granite boulders on the beach. It's an amazing and one of a kind scenery! Here is the beach guide list for you to visit in Bangka Belitung:
- Nyiur Melambai Beach (known as Lalang Beach)
- Keramat Beach
- Golf Beach

2# Gili Islands

The second tempting beach island to visit on your summer vacation is the internationally famous Gili Islands. It's actually three separate islands near Lombok, which one of it (the biggest one) is most known as Gili Trawangan.

Gili Trawangan is the largest of three islands (Gili Islands) located in the northwest of Lombok. Trawangan is also the only island or dyke with quite significant height above the sea level. With a length of 3 km and 2 km wide, Trawangan's population is about 800 inhabitants. Among the three gilis or islands, Gili Trawangan has the most facilities for tourists, while the most densely populated parts is the east island.

A popular activity for tourists to do in Gili Trawangan is scuba diving (with PADI certified), snorkeling (at the northeast coast), kayaking, and surfing. There are also several places where the tourists can learn to ride a horse around the island.

3# Wakatobi National Park

For the final beach suggestion, we're saving the best for the last indeed. You guys should definitely 'drooling' to go to this place, called Wakatobi National Park. It's an area of approximately 1.39 million hectares that consists of four major islands: Wanci, Kaledupa, Tomia, and Binongko, which are located in Southeast Sulawesi. The name Wakatobi itself came from those four major islands, although there are dozens of other small islands around it. The native residents are mojority living in Bajo Tribe island and Liya Island.

Wakatobi island and beach are famous for its natural beauty underwater. You can clearly see with your naked eyes the beautiful coral reefs and hundred of water species living under your swimwear. For you who want to get deeper and diving into the water below you, there are several beautiful resorts that provides (rent out) diving facilities for tourists. Just gather your self and get ready to be stunned.

But, never forget to be stylish wherever you go, as Kimora Lee Simmons once said, "Always dress like you're going to see your worst enemy." So here are the must-have items to be stylish even in your holiday trip.
